At Elevate + Flow you’ll be guided through a slow, safe, and fun exploration of your body, thoughts, and feelings. Expect to regenerate, relax, and reconnect to self and others by swinging and swaying away stress.
“Sarah did a wonderful job leading the group and encouraging participants to slow down and connect with our bodies. My goals of quieting my inner voice, slowing down, and feeling a sense of freedom with the silks were met through Sarah's guidance.”

Sarah E Anderson, LPC has 20 years of experience in the aerial arts, as a performer, instructor, and creative director. When she made the pivot from her career in the aerial arts to the art of the mind, psychology, she hoped to find a way to bring them together. Elevate + Flow combines the aerial with the psyche to create a unique experience like no other. Sarah has the knowledge and ability to give participants what they need to approach the aerial silks confidently and curiously while feeling seen and safe. Her passion for both these arts comes through in her approach to this unique experience and inspires more freedom of expression in both the mind and body!

Thoughtful Feedback:
“I have some neurological problems. One of the treatments revs the nervous system and causes severe anxiety. The anxiety makes a different neurological problem worse. The work in the cocoon of the slings was extremely helpful. Stretching, swinging, breathing, flying, flipping, being pushed, having the upper body alone in the sling, all of these were extremely helpful.”
“Loved taking time out of a busy schedule for relaxation and movement.”
“A good workshop for general body positivity and affirming of ability.”
“It felt great to feel like a kid and try something not only new but outside of my comfort zone. I have used the breathing techniques we learned regularly post the workshop— and it's been a very helpful tool to ground myself. Thank you <3”
