<image:caption>Meaningful relationships are an essential part of fulfillment and happiness. I believe in the unique power of the relationship that develops between therapist and client. Through an exploration of this interaction, we can more wholly understand your past and current relationships and help shape future experiences. I work with people who are struggling in a variety of ways and are ready to dig in and do some difficult and deeply powerful work that will lead to greater choice and freedom. drbriansbrown@gmail.com</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Clinicians - Dr. benjamin schwartz</image:title>
<image:caption>(preferred pronouns: he, him, his) I hold a master's and doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and have worked in college counseling centers, hospitals, and residential treatment facilities. My most recent appointment was as the Assistant Director of Group Psychotherapy in the Counseling Center at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In these settings, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and my approach to therapy is multiculturally informed. My interests include developmental concerns, relationship conflict, gender and sexuality, depression, anxiety, and group therapy. I have specialized in men's issues and work with many men in my practice addressing issues related to masculinity, anger and aggression, sex and sexuality, and lack of satisfaction in relationships. We all deserve to experience self-fulfillment and connection in our relationships and within ourselves, and I work with my clients to achieve these goals. drbenjaminschwartz@gmail.com</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Clinicians - Dr. jennifer coleman</image:title>
<image:caption>(preferred pronouns: she, her, hers) Therapy is an opportunity for self-reflection and personal growth that requires a compassionate and safe therapeutic relationship. I practice from an insight-oriented approach that allows for an increased awareness of past and current relational patterns. Together we will examine these patterns, develop tools, and find ways to respond differently in order to alleviate immediate stress while also creating lasting change. Through my experience working at Northwestern University and other college counseling centers, I am familiar with life transitions of young adults and college/graduate students. I specialize in mood disorders, relationship and family of origin concerns, and emotional, physical and sexual trauma. I am committed to working with culturally diverse individuals facing a wide range of difficulties. Through warmth and patience, I aim to create a supportive and accepting space that allows clients to feel heard and understood. I provide individual, couple, and group psychotherapy at my office downtown in the Loop. jennifercolemanphd@gmail.com</image:caption>

<image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

<image:title>Our Clinicians - Dr. Joe Dille (preferred pronouns: they, them, theirs) Life can be challenging, and everyone has times when they feel overwhelmed and need some support. In my work, I provide a caring, nonjudgmental environment for adolescents, adults, and their families to speak openly about their lives and to explore their true selves. Therapy is meant to be collaborative, so picture me as a trusted guide walking beside you as you face what comes next. I specialize in working with young people, people with anxiety, and folks in the LGBTQ+ community. As a queer and genderfluid human, I recognize that people hold multiple complex identities. Understanding these intersecting parts starts with respect. As someone trained to work with survivors of difficult experiences, I can offer trauma-informed care. As an avid gamer and Lego builder, I enjoy finding creative and occasionally humorous ways forward. Prior to joining Brown and Schwartz Psychology, I completed my undergraduate studies at Lehigh University and my PsyD at Adler University. My approach is primarily rooted in Adlerian psychology and ACT. If you feel I’d be a good fit to work with you, contact me by phone or email. The first step is often the hardest, so reach out whenever you’re ready!</image:title>
